ZOOÉTICA. UNA MIRADA FILOSÓFICA A LOS ANIMALES

A collection of essays by a multidisciplinary group of specialists that studies the relationship between humans and animals in an ethical sense. These studies are based on philosophical, ecological and legal arguments from different currents of thought: ecofeminism, biopolitics, Derrida and Kant's proposals, etc. This book presents issues inserted in a strong contemporary debate, both in philosophy and in the creation of public policies. Some of these are the problem of anthropocentrism, ecological devastation, animal rights, their ontological definition and the proposal to treat them as ends in themselves.
