SONORAMA. PORTADAS Y CARTELES DEL DR. ALDERETE

Jorge Alderete (b. Argentina 1972, lives and works in Mexico since 1998), better known as Dr. Alderete, is considered as one of the best graphic artists and illustrators linked to underground rock scene. The book "Sonorama" comprises his production of the last 20 years, mostly produced in Mexico. Dr. Alderete designed the cover of the musical disc "La luz del ritmo" of the Los Fabulosos Cadillacs and the main poster of the Festival Vive Latino 2012. Includes texts by "Sr. Flavio" Cianciarullo (musician from Los Fabulosos Cadillacs), Guillermo Fadanelli, Leonardo Tarifeño, journalist and record producer and the author. Alderete presently collaborates with Argentinean newspaper Diario Clarín and magazine Viva; Comictiva and Plan B, from Spain and in Mexico with Gallito comics, Matiz and Sputnik, amongst others. He is the owner of the record label Isotonic Records.
